Privacy Policy
Northido s.r.o. ("we") builds and publishes Rondel, a shared scheduler for recurring and one-off tasks. This policy explains what Rondel collects, why, and what you can do about it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. This website is a separate matter: it can use Google Analytics, but only if you agree — see Cookies and website analytics.
What we collect

If you sign in with Apple, Apple sends us your email address (or Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide it) and, on first sign-in only, your name. We use these for exactly the purposes above.
What we do not collect
Location, contacts, health data, advertising identifiers, browsing activity, or any analytics about how you use the app.
Who can see your data
Anything in a list you share is visible to the other members of that list — that is what sharing means. Nothing is shared beyond the people you invite.
Cookies and website analytics
Everything above describes the app. This section is about this website, which is separate from it.
By default this site sets no cookies and loads nothing from Google. If you choose Allow on the banner, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view here, and basic device and country information. We use it only to count visits and see which pages people read.
If you choose Decline, no request is made to Google at all and no analytics cookie is set. Either way we record your answer in one small cookie of its own, mirrored in your browser’s local storage so that other tabs you have open notice if you change your mind. Both hold the same thing — your answer and the date you gave it — and nothing about you. The cookie applies across northido.com and its subdomains, so wherever we ask, you only decide once. If your browser blocks site data we have nowhere to record it and will ask on each visit. There is no advertising on this site and Analytics is not linked to Google Ads — advertising and personalisation storage stay switched off permanently, whichever you choose.
Invite links. A /join/… address contains a token that grants access to a shared list. That token is never sent to Google: the address is shortened to /join/ before anything is reported.
Google processes this data under the GDPR data-processing terms we have accepted with them. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
You can change your mind whenever you like. Withdrawing also deletes the Google Analytics cookies already in your browser:
Processors
Our data is stored with Supabase, hosted in the European Union (eu-west-1). Resend delivers the emails Rondel sends you — chiefly your sign-in code — and processes your email address and the contents of those messages in order to do so; we use its EU region. Apple processes sign-in if you use Sign in with Apple. For this website only, and only if you agree to it, Google processes analytics data as described above. We use no other third-party processors.
Retention
We keep your data until you delete it. Deleting a task or list removes it. Deleting your account removes your account, your lists, your tasks and your log entries.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This is permanent and immediate — there is no recovery period. You can also email hello@northido.com and we will do it for you.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Email hello@northido.com. You may also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
Children
Rondel is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we handle data you have already given us, tell you in the app.
