Privacy Policy
Northido s.r.o. ("we") builds and publishes Rondel, a shared scheduler for recurring and one-off tasks. This policy explains what Rondel collects, why, and what you can do about it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. Neither does this website — it sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.
What we collect

If you sign in with Apple, Apple sends us your email address (or Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide it) and, on first sign-in only, your name. We use these for exactly the purposes above.
What we do not collect
Location, contacts, health data, advertising identifiers, browsing activity, or any analytics about how you use the app.
Who can see your data
Anything in a list you share is visible to the other members of that list — that is what sharing means. Nothing is shared beyond the people you invite.
Processors
Our data is stored with Supabase, hosted in the European Union (eu-west-1). Apple processes sign-in if you use Sign in with Apple. We use no other third-party processors.
Retention
We keep your data until you delete it. Deleting a task or list removes it. Deleting your account removes your account, your lists, your tasks and your log entries.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This is permanent and immediate — there is no recovery period. You can also email hello@northido.com and we will do it for you.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Email hello@northido.com. You may also complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
Children
Rondel is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we handle data you have already given us, tell you in the app.
